International Shipping
The only method of payment we accept is bank transfer. Bank transfers are safe and secure. Please email us for bank transfer details.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. The term i-Tech Groups refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Trade Only
We are a trade-only website, and a minimum purchase of £100.00 must be made to be eligible for trade prices. We do not sell or supply to the general public. When registering your details, we will verify that you are a genuine trade customer.
Important Note
Ownership of all goods supplied will be retained by i-Tech Groups until payment has been received in full. Goods must be checked immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to Accounts within 24 hours. All goods are sold on a no-return basis unless faulty or damaged, which must be reported within 48 hours.

Payment & Price
- All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges, which will be indicated at the time of placing your order.
- If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item on our website, we reserve the right not to supply that item at the stated price. In such cases, we will notify you of the error and provide the correct price. You may then decide whether to proceed with the purchase. If not, we will refund the full amount paid.
- To use our site, you agree to provide your email address, which will be used to send promotional offers and order invoices. To opt out of receiving emails, please notify us.
- To protect against fraud, we may validate personal information (e.g., address, name, date of birth) and card details against databases, including Credit Reference and fraud prevention agencies. By accepting these terms, you consent to such checks. All information provided will be handled securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- You confirm that all details provided to i-Tech Groups for ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the payment card used is your own, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the order.
- It is your responsibility to inform i-Tech Groups of any changes to the details you have provided.
- All purchases made with i-Tech Groups are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to vary or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
Typographical Error
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, pricing error, or changes in taxes/duties, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount (including delivery charges).

3. Delivery & Customs
- Delivery times and dates are approximate and based on information provided by couriers. Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address provided in your order (billing address) and confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- For international deliveries, you may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes. These charges vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
- We use third-party couriers for dispatch. Any loss of products or shipments must be reported to us immediately.
- For deliveries before a UK Bank Holiday, we recommend placing orders in advance. While we dispatch promptly, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to potential delays with local post offices or couriers.
4. Returns, Refunds & Losses
- We only accept returns for items that are faulty or were supplied in error.
- To request a refund or replacement, email customerservice@i-techgroups.com to receive a return request/refund reference number.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with seals and packaging intact. Opened or tampered items cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for the delivery charges and any loss or damage to goods being returned. We recommend using recorded delivery.
- Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty or was supplied in error.
- If a package or its contents are damaged in transit, you may return the item within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange.
- Faulty goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. For replacements, faulty goods must be returned within 14 days.
5. Availability of Goods
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we cannot supply the goods, we will not charge you and will refund any payments made. However, we are not responsible for compensating you for any other losses.
- “In Stock” items indicate availability from the manufacturer and can be ordered on request.

i-Tech Groups is a mail-order website only. Offers are exclusive to this website and advertisements and may not be available in stores or shows. All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
